Got a call from them earlier claiming we requested a callback about some accident. When I asked when we'd supposedly made that request, they said it was a two or three years ago! I told them that’s quite impressive if they remember stuff from so long back, but they weren’t very friendly about it at all.

I received a call earlier today from them, claiming that we’d reached out regarding an accident. When I probed about when exactly we had requested this call, they casually mentioned it was 2 or 3 years back! Their tone was rather curt when I remarked on their tremendous efficiency as a company. Quite the experience, I must say!

Me: "Good day, may I ask who's on the line?"
Them: "Hope you're doing well today?"
Me: "Could you please identify yourself?"
Them: "It's RK Legal" (not very discernible)
Me: "Pardon?"

Then they hung up . . . . what on earth is going on? It's a number from KENDAL, which is rather local, so naturally, I answered, thinking it might be someone I know... but it’s quite clear now that it definitely isn't!
