Got a dodgy call the other day, didn't bother answering and no message was left either.

Got a call claiming I needed to confirm my info for a car loan or something, but I don’t even own a car. The bloke on the phone got really rude and started yelling at me for supposedly wasting his time. I just ended the call and blocked the number. Fingers crossed they don’t ring me back.

Got a call from this number at 11:28 this morning on 11 June 2026 while I wasn’t home. The voicemail was some automated message saying, "Thank you for calling - please hold while we connect you." Definitely a scam, a cold-call centre using the Kendal area code 01539. Seems like yet another UK number being used by a call centre in India. Watch out, it’s sketchy!
