Got a call saying they were from 3 mobile, but sounded like a load of rubbish. Hung up and blocked them straight away!

I got a call from someone claiming to be from my network Three. They told me my line would be cut off within a day but offered to send a new SIM so I wouldn’t lose my number. When they asked for my info, I told them if they were really from Three, they’d already have that and to stop wasting my time with their scam.

Got a call from someone pretending to be from EE, claiming it was about a complaint I supposedly made about bad signal and dropped calls. Never actually reported anything like that, so was a bit suspicious, especially since they seemed clueless about the details. Best to just ignore calls like this - I ended up hanging up once it clicked what was going on.

I just got a call from this number, an unfamiliar lady with an accent, claiming I could get extra perks on my phone plan. She suddenly asked how much I paid on my last bill. I said, "If you’re from my provider, why exactly do you need that info?" She said it was "to make sure I’m the account owner." Didn’t buy it, so I ended up blocking the number straight away!

My phone never actually rang, but the number just popped up on the screen.

This number popped up flagged as spam, and honestly I’ve never heard of them. They didn’t leave any voicemail, so I’m guessing it’s just one of those annoying scam callers who keep switching their numbers all the time. It really ought to be banned. I wonder if anyone even picks up these calls these days. Ironically, while I’m typing this, I’m getting a call from a similar sort of pest - they’re seriously a right pain!
