This lady said she was calling on behalf of Sky and wanted some feedback. She asked how my Sky service was, but I told her I don’t actually have Sky. Then she said she could arrange for a technician to come out on Monday (today’s Friday). I asked her where exactly the engineer would be going since I don’t have the service, and she just cut me off and ended the call...
