I received a call on the 25th of April, 2016, but the number looked unfamiliar, so I decided to let it ring.

I'd advise you to block this number right away. It might appear as if it’s a local call from your area, which is already a red flag! They’ll prattle on about some accident you’ve supposedly had, but trust me, if you can’t remember it, that’s because it’s likely all just a ruse. Don’t get sucked in – it screams scam!
