I just had a rather unpleasant call from this number regarding a PPI refund that I supposedly had yet to claim. When I mentioned that I'd already sorted it out, she insisted that I could still make a claim and questioned why I wasn't interested. I told her I wasn't inclined to pursue it further, and then she abruptly said, "Fine, we'll just keep your refund," before hanging up! I was completely taken aback. It's outrageous that they think they can lay claim to my money without my consent. Just a heads up, be wary of these tactics; her demeanour was appalling.
