Got a call from a number I didn’t recognise, didn’t pick up and they never left a voice message.

Got a call from this number saying it was BT and my line was going to be cut off. They wanted me to phone another number. The person sounded American, which felt off. I just ended the call.

This guy called me, talking in an African accent, claiming my computer was riddled with some serious virus on my Windows. Told him I don’t even have Windows on my machine - sounded crazy. Hung up on him. But the cheeky bloke has phoned me three more times since then!
