Got a pushy Vodafone broadband call out the blue, bloke with an Asian accent reading from a script. Proper sneaky because he used a number from a small place called Ipstones. I've blocked the number now and sent a complaint straight to Vodafone.

Honestly, it’s way too simple to just talk rubbish about a company without giving them a go. They sorted out my PPI claims connected to banks I’ve dealt with for like 20 years. Somehow, I ended up with £10,000 without lifting a finger. Couldn’t believe it!

Had a call about PPI, at first there was nothing but silence, then suddenly I could hear loads of noise like a really busy call centre. They started with the usual "How you doin' today?" then said "This is xxxx from xxxxx" before going straight onto asking about my PPI claim.

I just ended the call without saying much and got back to what I was doing. They seemed to hang up after about half a minute.
