Sounds like a classic Microsoft phishing call. I got a ring from 01725 525 435, some bloke with an Indian accent saying my PC was full of errors and issues. I kept pretending not to fully get what he was on about, just to annoy him a bit, and eventually he hung up saying he’d try back later. Well, not long after that, I was bombarded with around twenty calls within a few minutes, all supposedly from different numbers like 01865 647755, 07883 847 642, 01405 740 803 and a bunch more. Definitely trying the same old scam tactics.
