These people said they were from Sky, saying there was a problem with my internet connection. Both of them had Indian accents. Without my permission or being told, I was passed on to a "supervisor." She claimed my router was faulty when I mentioned I couldn’t connect my computer from where my phone is. I asked her to verify she actually worked for Sky, but she just rambled and couldn’t give any real evidence. I told them thanks but I'd ring Sky myself to sort things out since they couldn’t prove their identity.
