Some bloke with a funny accent rang my mum, trying to say her internet hadn’t been active for a couple of weeks (which isn’t true) or maybe that it would get cut off soon - she couldn’t really make out what he was saying. Since her internet provider has a proper UK call centre, seems like a dodgy scam from the start.
