I suspect that this number belongs to the Cheadle branch of The Window Repair Centre in Staffordshire. I've stopped picking up their calls after informing them multiple times that I'm not interested in their services.

I received a missed call from this number, but they didn’t bother to leave a voicemail. I’m not familiar with anyone from the Ipstones region, so I’m inclined to believe it was probably a dodgy scammer trying their luck.
