I tried calling 1471 but it never showed who had rung me earlier. I'm signed up with the telephone preference service, yet the annoying calls just keep coming regardless.

they keep ringing me non stop, no matter what time it is. the annoying part is, you try to block the number but they always tweak the last 4 digits so the block doesn't work. so frustrating!
