Got a call from a number I didn’t recognise, think it was probably a scam or trying to phish info. I’ve blocked the number and reported it to Action Fraud just to be safe.

Got a call saying they’ll cut off my internet for 24 hours to look into some illegal stuff, and that I should press 1 to sort it out. Seemed fishy to me.

this was a scam call, they were asking for private details. best thing to do is just end the call and block the number straight away.
