I received a call, but they didn’t bother to leave a message.

This number has been calling our house multiple times every day, and it’s even managed to ring my mobile-I'm really puzzled about how they acquired my number. Whenever I try to call back, I just get directed to enter an extension, without any indication of who is on the other end or what they want. Strangely enough, these calls began right after I had my car accident. I've chosen not to pick up any of their calls.
