I'm quite alarmed by this company’s persistent behaviour. They keep bombarding my brother with calls, sometimes ringing him as many as three times a day and racking up to ten calls in a week. Given his serious health issues-coronary heart disease, fibromyalgia, and crippling depression-this incessant harassment is becoming unbearable. He’s made it clear to them on several occasions that he wants them to cease their calls and even blocked their number, yet somehow they still manage to reach him. We’re now contemplating the possibility of legal action, as it feels like this relentless stress could potentially have dire consequences for his health. Something needs to be done about this urgently!
