When I inquired about which specific accident they were on about, they repeated the same question about past accidents rather than clarifying. I sarcastically pointed out how difficult it must be to follow up on something unknown, and yet again, they asked about accidents in that timeframe. So, I simply guessed there must have been one since they seemed so insistent. It sounded like they were getting a bit irate before hanging up.
