Called at 10.20am, the line was dead quiet when I picked up so I instantly guessed it was a call centre. This bloke said he was Alex from some energy company, asked if I owned the place. I told him nope, I’m renting (which isn’t true either). Then there was just awkward silence before he abruptly ended the call. Honestly, Alex was pretty cheeky. If I wanted any details about my energy provider, I’d reach out myself. Since I never got in touch with them, it clearly means I’m not keen.
