E.surv is a genuine company but I can see why people mix them up with scammers: - They have a contract with the bank they’re working for to keep trying until they get through, or a set time runs out ("this is common with all banks"). - They’re responsible to not share unnecessary info in their messages (especially if they reach the wrong person because of a wrong phone number). It’s not really their fault, the blame lies with the banks and mortgage firms that demand results no matter what. Hope this clears things up a bit.
