I got a call from some automated voice saying BT were about to disconnect my phone and to press 1 to learn more. When I did, a guy with a strong accent came on the line and immediately wanted my name. I wouldn’t share anything. He couldn’t really explain what was going on and just kept pushing for my details. In the end, I just ended the call.
