Got a ring from some bloke saying he was with BT. He told me there was some kind of issue happening with our internet and started asking how many devices we had connected, like computers and phones. Then he said if I didn’t let him log into our system to "fix" the problem, our internet would be disconnected by the next day. I hung up straight away, but he kept calling back - I reckon he reached out about four more times after that.
