Somebody called me claiming to be from Virgin Media, asking for my name to check if I matched the name on the account. After I told them my name, they put me on hold for about 10 seconds, then I just ended the call. They called back shortly after, and I kept repeating my number, but then I heard some weird foreign sounds, so I decided to hang up again. Be cautious out there!

some woman called saying she was from virgin media and wanted to confirm if i was the name on the account. i told her my name, then she put me on hold for about 10 seconds and i decided to end the call. shortly after, they called again and i kept repeating my number, but then there were weird foreign sounds on the line so i just hung up once more. definitely not a genuine kettering call, watch out!

I'm absolutely fed up with getting nonstop rings from loads of different numbers, mostly from call centres based out of India. Honestly, these callers seem clueless, and 9 times out of 10, it's just some scam trying to pull a fast one.
