I got a call from this number saying they were from Ofcom and threatening to cut off my internet because apparently my IP was being hacked from somewhere in California. They wanted me to visit a website they gave me, saying it’d help my computer connect to their server. Then they told me to download a program called RemotePe, which lets them get into your computer. If you get a call like this, just ignore it and hang up straight away.
