picked up and there was nothing but silence, then a voice said hello, so i just ended the call. it's really cheeky to keep someone waiting like that, so i guess they got a bit of that back!

Got a robo call saying it was from BT about my broadband and phone, claiming my account would be shut down unless I pressed 1 or 2. I don’t even use BT, so I just ended the call straight away. Pretty clear this was a scam trying to trick people.
