Got a call right after 5pm, at first it was some automated message, sounded like one of those claims firms. Then a voice came on saying “Please hold”. Could hear a lot of noise in the background, so definitely a call centre. I asked the woman to take my info off their system, but she wasn’t very bright, kept saying the same thing over and over before just cutting me off.
