7 yearsI got a call from a man who sounded like he was somewhere noisy, probably a call centre. He claimed he was from an Openreach team and said someone was nearby fixing my internet line. He wanted me to open the internet on my phone and go to a Google app to check the speed. When I asked for more info and whether he could tell me my name or who my provider was, he just guessed and his answers were dead wrong. Then he hung up on me.
