When I made the call, a gentleman of Indian descent or from a comparable background picked up the line. He was quite evasive about sharing his name and swiftly transitioned to questioning whether I was aware of the possibility of reclaiming funds on the insurance tied to mortgages and credit cards that the bank had peddled. He definitely didn’t give off a trustworthy vibe at all.
