Got a voicemail from someone named Shirley telling me that my IP address was hacked or something. Quite worrying to get those sorts of messages out of the blue.

This sounds quite worrying, these fraudsters manage to spoof local numbers making their calls appear legit. It's usually just some automated message, but folks end up calling back and then get tricked, losing their banking info and even risking their computer security. How is it that Ofcom still lets this mess go on?!
