5 yearsGot a call from a lady with an Asian accent who said she was ‘Jenny’ from BT Openreach. She mentioned there was a complaint about my slow broadband and said she needed to do some tests - seemed like she'd want remote access to my PC. I hadn’t asked BT about any issues, so I told her I’d verify with BT myself and ended the call. BT later confirmed Openreach never calls customers directly and that it was a scam.
