Loads of others have said this was Ipsos Mori doing a survey, and they told me the same. But I didn’t carry on with the call since it didn’t seem like a proper way to do a survey at all. They tend to ring during evenings and weekends to do market surveys. If you’re not keen on taking part, just calmly say no thanks and then block their calls (they use various numbers). Got a call but it just ended before I managed to pick up, quite frustrating really. I don't mind calls from Ipsos Mori, but those automated ones that hang up if there's no one free are a pain. I've set the caller ID to show Ipsos Mori so I know whether to rush and answer it or just ignore it.
