Received calls from this number twice in a couple of days. They kept asking for different names, first for someone else then for Sara. Seems a bit dodgy to me. No idea where they even got my number from.

I gave that number a ring and it turned out to be Acorn Stairlifts. The guy I chatted with was really nice, and when I asked to be taken off their call list, he promised to do it.

My phone keeps buzzing non-stop from this number, does anyone know who it could be?!

This number keeps ringing me non stop. My husband picks up but they just don’t talk to him. We have our phone programmed to only let calls from known numbers like doctors, hospital, dentist and close relatives go through. We leave an answerphone on all day, so if someone leaves enough details we call them back. Otherwise, we only pick up if we recognise the number. I’m disabled and often can’t get to the phone, plus most of these calls - like 7 out of 10 - are just telemarketers or cold calls.
