i got a call from acorn stairlifts, plus brooke’s was mentioned too. my parents just got a stairlift put in, so i had a few questions. the number wasn’t familiar since we used a local mobility service. the person on the phone was really nice and tried to help out a lot.

I got a call from this number and the person on the line started asking me for personal details without even saying who he was. I told him straight away I wasn’t comfortable answering his questions, especially as he kept trying to get info about my family. After a bit, I made it clear he wasn’t going to get anything from me and ended the call. Honestly, it felt like a scam attempt because he dodged every question I asked about who he was and what company he worked for.
