Honestly, this scam feels like it's everywhere these days. You get a call about some car accident - whether you were involved or not makes no difference to them - and then they promise you a big payout from the "other driver’s" insurance. They're banking on you being tempted by the cash and handing over your private info, which they probably use for some dodgy purpose later. This number was doing the exact same con, by the looks of it.

Got a call from Hive insurance about a crash I was in recently. Total rubbish, sounded dodgy, so I just blocked the number.
