They told me there were two dodgy transactions on my account - one was an overseas payment for £1,300 and the other was some Amazon purchase for £275. The usual spiel came next: press 1 if you recognise the transactions or press 2 to chat with someone. Total scam, no doubt. I just ended the call straight away. After that, I logged into my online banking and all was exactly as it should be.
