I recently received a call from someone purporting to be from the HSBC fraud team. It was a rather slick scam, where they said they were checking up on a fraudulent transaction related to my card, which made it all sound quite authentic. I was almost taken in and my account could have been drained. Best advice? Just hang up, put them on your block list and report the number.

Ah, here we go once more! Just received another dodgy call claiming to be from HSBC about some fraudulent activity. I let them ramble on until they finally hung up, but I’m bracing myself for a flood of calls in the coming days, as they’re likely going down some sort of list. Honestly, I’m utterly fed up with these charlatans and their nonsense!

Total scam alert! I received a call the other day from someone purporting to be from HSBE. They were fishing for my banking details—definitely dodgy behaviour!

I received a call from someone posing as BT, claiming that other individuals were tapping into my broadband. They assured me they could enhance its security, and I ended up mistakenly providing them with my banking information. Now, my bank has frozen my account, and their fraud team has reached out to me to investigate the matter. Quite the unfortunate turn of events, really!

I recently received a rather dodgy phone call purporting to be from BT. The caller was attempting to extract personal information and gain access to my computer – clearly an attempt at a phishing scam. It’s astonishing how crafty these fraudsters can be!
