Total con artist! They claimed to be from BT and started banging on about a supposed hacking issue with my internet. When I told them I wasn’t interested, the chap had the nerve to call me a vile name. Utterly disgraceful behaviour!

I keep getting loads of annoying calls even tho I’m on the telephone preference service, but I never pick up if it says unknown.

I picked up the phone but didn't say a word, and the caller, who sounded like a recording, just said goodbye before hanging up. It really annoys me, especially since getting to the phone is a struggle because of my arthritis. Proper frustrating!
