Autolegal is one of those ambulance chasers. A year back, I had a claim where the other driver was to blame, and since then I've been phoned around ten times by similar firms. As soon as I tell them I wasn't hurt, they instantly hang up. If you've been injured, that's fair enough. But for me, my insurance has shot up to £2000 a year and I've even been turned down because someone else claimed £10,000 just for a scratched wing mirror. It’s not just the insurers padding their profits - these ambulance chasers really mess things up for ordinary folks. The latest caller seemed like just some guy saying he wasn’t trying to sell me anything.
