I received a call from someone purporting to be from BT, supposedly regarding my internet speed. At first, he seemed rather convincing, but as the conversation unfolded, it became clear he was nothing more than a fraudster! He pressured me into switching on my computer and urged me to visit a dodgy website so he could supposedly access my system! Naturally, I didn’t fall for it. I ended the call promptly and felt it necessary to share my experience here.
