The call quality was dreadful, and there was a pronounced accent that sounded rather overseas. They introduced themselves as representatives from SKY, insisting they’d found some "sluggish internet" issues on my line which they could supposedly rectify free of charge. When I said I wasn’t experiencing any issues, they promptly terminated the call.
