Got a call on 43 01/04/22 from a woman named Jessica who said she was from Virgin Media. She told me my internet was running slow and needed looking at. When I asked what colour the light on my router should be, she just hung up. Pretty obvious to me that someone’s faking the number because it’s actually logged under Lux Building Co.

On the 1st of April 2022, I got a call from someone saying her name was Jessica and she was with Virgin Media. She told me my internet speeds were really slow and needed to be looked at. But the moment I asked about the colour of the router's light, she just hung up on me. I'm pretty sure the number’s been cloned because it actually belongs to Lux Building Company.
