somebody rang pretending they were from bt, then they put me through to a “senior tech” who basically said the same as the first caller. they told me there were some error messages with my internet and that if i used my computer, they could fix it. their english was hard to follow and quite broken.

Got a call earlier today from someone claiming to be with BT saying there was an issue with my internet. I told them I didn’t even have internet service. Then, the bloke started shouting swear words at me, calling me a liar and other rude names. He was really nasty, so I just hung up straight away.
