I got a call from someone claiming they were from Amazon Prime saying my account was about to be renewed for £39.99. They told me to press a button to cancel or talk to an agent. Don’t fall for it, it’s a total scam and definitely not from Amazon. Best thing to do is just hang up straight away and block the number.

Got a recorded call saying my bank will be charged for an Amazon Prime subscription unless I hit 1 and talk to a supervisor. Problem is, I’ve never signed up for Amazon Prime at all.
