Someone rang me pretending to be from BT, saying my internet was running slow and asked if I could check my speed on my computer. I told them everything seemed fine on my end, but they kept saying their system showed a problem that I might not notice. They then asked if I was using a laptop or computer on the WiFi and what browser I normally used. When I didn’t want to answer their questions and started questioning them instead, they got annoyed. I told them I had a meeting to attend and would ring BT myself later, then they just disconnected the call.
