I've received a rather bothersome call from a chap named Matt, representing an insurance claims company. He was adamant that I had requested a callback, which is complete nonsense! He was prattling on about a road traffic accident from the past two and a half years, but I had no idea what he was on about. When I pressed him on where he got my information, he couldn’t provide a clue. The call came from an 01529 number, which seems to be from Sleaford. I've gone ahead and reported the whole affair to Ofcom.
