For a bit, I kept getting calls from UK numbers that seemed real but when I tried ringing them back, they just didn’t exist. Then after some time, it switched to those dodgy messages about being charged £99 for Amazon Prime. I’d get at least one every day, sometimes even more often.

I got a robotic call saying my Amazon subscription was going to renew soon, but I don’t even have an Amazon account! Quite confusing really.
