Every time I pick up the call, the person just hangs up without saying a word or leaving a message. Quite frustrating, to say the least!

I got a call from a bloke who hung up as soon as I picked up. Curious, I rang back to find out who it was, but he started yelling, saying he was somewhere noisy. He came across as quite threatening, which put me off a bit.
