I've just received a message that’s exactly the same, but they've got the name all wrong - apparently, I’m “Gillian Collins,” which doesn’t exactly match my bits! It seems they’ve mixed up the details entirely. Our phone is on a contract, so there's no chance it's a second-hand number; it’s likely that "Gillian" inadvertently put our number on some form. We’re rather suspicious about it, so we’ve opted not to call the provided number.

I've received a text message from 'Clanchatton'/CCS urging me to call them back and reference a specific number. Coincidentally, we’re currently dealing with a similar scenario involving CRS and a bogus British Gas invoice. We’re quite convinced that this is not a genuine company, and certainly, we won’t be returning their call!
