Got a call from this number around quarter past seven but there was no sound on the line, then they just ended the call without saying sorry in case they'd dialled the wrong number.

Got a call from this number today about 8.50am, and there was a weird pause before a woman spoke up saying she’d dialled the wrong number. I'm a bit suspicious though - if it was genuinely a mistake, why the hesitation before she said sorry? Feels a bit off to me.
