As soon as we answered the call, there was no response.

I received a rather unwelcome call from these chaps at approximately half past eight on the evening of 10 June 2013. They claimed to be representatives from H & L solicitors, insisting that I needed to answer a series of 'security questions'. Naturally, I declined to cooperate. When I pressed for details about the purpose of their call, they were remarkably evasive. In the end, I decided it was best to hang up on them.
