On Wednesday 27th February 2024, I got a phone call supposedly from 'BT'. I told them I was doubtful it was really them, but they went ahead and confirmed my mobile number and email. Afterwards, I got an email from them containing some sort of PIN. My broadband has been acting up lately, especially after the changes with BT and EE, so I'm not sure if this call was legitimate or not.
